An Authentic pizzeria and restaurant in offering real neapolitan pizza in the Brighton, Saltdean and Sussex area made with home made sourdough and cooked in 100% traditional wood burning pizza oven.All our ingredients are chosen based on their high quality and come from our farm in Naples regulated for its high quality.We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. All our passion and love is put into our food.

We believe the secret to a great pizza is the impasto. Ours are made with finely milled flour, olive oil and mountain spring water. The dough is left to rest for more than 24 hours, so it’s lovely and light, then baked in a scorchingly hot wood fired oven, for a fantastic crisp crust as the tradition of the real neapolitan pizza wants.
